LCD Taekwondo

For those without uniform. please wear loose-fitted sports clothing. Bring water. We advise you to train bare-foot, but trainers are allowed if this cannot be avoided. Show up for class ready to go before the time shown below. Classes need to be booked in advance and on the first time of trying the class, please turn up 10 minutes early to be introduced to the Instructor team
